My name is Pam Andrew and as a Somatic Communication Therapist & Educator I have two main roles. 

  • I can teach you to connect to your felt sense so that you can effectively navigate tricky conversations & big feelings in your every day life. 

  • I can provide clarity & reassurance in specific situations that might be overwhelming to help you achieve better quality outcomes & experiences.  

Sometimes I do both.  Either way, you'll learn more about yourself and powerful ways to understand your own unique internal communication system.

PERSONAL  


1:1 Coaching 

  • Offering personal support to address specific life challenges in a way that provides insight into communication patterns and behaviour that may be causing stress, damaging relationships and limiting opportunities. 
  • Sessions are 1 1/2hr long and are offered online and in person.  



GROUP COURSES


Men's Emotional Toolbox or Raising FeelingConnected Kids

  • You’ll learn how to recognise what’s really going on underneath emotionally reactive moments—and what to do about it. 
  • You’ll gain practical tools to tune into body signals, express emotions clearly, and communicate in ways that build trust and connection.

Both provide safe space to make talking about feelings feel natural, light-hearted, and even enjoyable—while also going deep in ways that matter.



RELATIONSHIPS 


Family Transition Support

  • Providing support to both parents to re-establish emotional safety & respectful communication following a separation.
  • Includes additional guidance & practical advice to support your children emotionally & practically as they adjust to the change.  

MEDIATION


Mediation support

  • Providing clarity & reassurance when you need it most.  
  • Services include pre-session briefs, attendance during mediation & post session debriefs
  • Support includes helping you to  emotional regulate, keep track of important info, stay focussed on goals/outcomes and trouble shoot any blindspots.
